Introduction: How it all started.

This past summer, I had for some reason began to feel drawn to the number 27. At first, I was worried, because I've had a number obsession before--an obsession with the number 49, when I was nine years old. Luckily, the drawn feeling eventually faded. But then something else happened: Suddenly, I began seeing and hearing the number 27, without meaning to, in odd places--seeing it on television, documents, online, in books, etc., and hearing it on the radio and from people I was around. It's been that way ever since; the number just creeps up on me when I least expect it. (In fact, the time I began composing this post was 5:27 a.m.!)

One thing I've noticed while surfing the internet is that a lot of people have the same issue of seeing this number everywhere--other numbers, too--and many of them have made blogs and sites dedicated to the number 27 and sightings of it. I've finally decided I'd jump on the bandwagon and make my own blog.
